The detail is so cool. I'd love to know what size paper you use for these. The color scheme is very pleasing, and the lighting and contrast makes the piece incredibly realistic while allowing for a dramatic energy as well.

I use 9 x 12 inch hot press paper for gouache! It is pretty small for the amount of details I add sometimes so I'm thinking about using more of my 11 x 14 paper. Thanks for all the kind comments btw

Thank you! I'm glad you like it. I tried stuff I hadn't done a lot before, like doing the colors before the lineart (then pushing the colors under the lines with a distort brush when necessary). I also like how it came out, although there are a few flaws I only noticed after posting it...
By the way, I also love the colors on your drawings!
